Yes. Before starting ongoing work, I require a diagnostic review of your QuickBooks Online file. This allows me to assess what’s complete, what needs repair, and what level of support makes sense for your business before moving forward.
The diagnostic review is $350. If we decide to work together, that amount is credited toward your Monthly Books, Clean Slate, or Own Your Books service.

We only work with QuickBooks Online. If you’re using a different program, you’ll need to switch to QuickBooks Online. We will make the transition as smooth as possible.
Christine is a QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor, which means she’s trained at the highest level and focuses only on this platform. This helps you get faster answers, better support, and a financial system that stays accurate as the software updates.
We don’t provide full software training unless you’re in our training program, but if you are, we’ll show you and your team how to use the parts that matter. If you’re a monthly accounting client, we’re happy to answer simple questions, but full training isn’t included.
